STRATEGI MARKETING HOTEL ROYAL KUNINGAN JAKARTA PADA MASA COVID-19

Abstrak - Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi marketing Hotel royal Kuningan pada masa Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Teori yang digunakan Marketing Mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process). Paradigma konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode studi kasus. Subjek dalam terdiri informan kunci dan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disesuaikan protocol kesehatan sudah ditetapkan sehingga mix (Melakukan promosi Sales Call Door to memanfaatkan website) sangat bermanfaat bagi keberlangsungan operasional Royal khususnya. 
 Kata Kunci: Strategi Marketing, Mix, Covid-19
